The time we take to design the samples depends on the package you choose, i.e. Executive Package samples will be ready for review in 3 business days.

Q2. How will I know when my concepts will be ready for review?

Designlinx will inform you through the email you have provided at the time of the order.

Q3. How many adjustments/revisions can I ask?

Once you have selected the concept you liked, depending on the package you have selected, you will have 3, 5, or unlimited revisions. But 90% of cases a maximum of two revisions are sufficient.

Q4. What if I don't like any of initial concepts?

We will make more concepts according to the package that you have selected. Usually the clients approve at least one of the concepts that we design and then we improve upon it.

Q5. What if I have my own idea for the logo?

In our logo order form there is a section where you can explain your idea and our designers will make sure that the concepts they will design for you will incorporate your ideas to your satisfaction.

Q6. Who keeps rights to the company logo design?

The rights of the logo selected and finalized for are given to you while rights to the concepts you did not select remain with Designlinx.

Q7. What format do you provide the logos in?

We provide the logo in GIF & JPEG (optimized for the web), AI & CDR (vector resizable files for printing), TIFF (high resolution image), and EPS (PhotoShop file) formats.
